Role Overview
The Regional Training Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Ruhr Region. The incumbent will supervise education programs and school operations in the region, offering academic leadership and supporting school principals and teaching personnel. Responsibilities include enforcing TCF’s curriculum and teaching standards, conducting student assessments, frequently visiting schools, mentoring teachers, organizing professional development sessions, and analyzing academic performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
This role requires collaboration with central education teams to implement new initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a safe, diverse, and inclusive educational environment. Additionally, building relationships with local stakeholders and communities to advance TCF’s educational mission is integral.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership in education management, including oversight of schools, academic programs, or regional educational projects.
- Expertise in implementing curricula, classroom observations, and teacher coaching to elevate teaching and learning standards.
- Competence in analyzing student performance metrics, generating reports, and applying data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills for effective interaction with school staff, communities, and cross-functional teams.
- Dedication to educational equity and cultural sensitivity towards disadvantaged community groups.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related disciplines; a master's degree or equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in school administration, teacher development, or education program management is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region and be physically present at schools when required.
