Position Summary - Regional Sales Manager (Germany)
This full-time role requires presence on-site in Germany, with workdays from Monday to Friday and involves travel. Candidates must hold legal work authorization in Germany. The manager will be part of the expanding MedChemExpress sales team focused on developing the customer base in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned region for MedChemExpress products.
- Promote the company's brand and product portfolio locally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, developing new contacts, and providing professional service.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails covering orders and technical matters.
- Communicate accurate information about product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to support product branding and marketing initiatives.
- Gather and analyze local market and industry intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Engage in social media and industry discussions relevant to the company, competitors, and target audiences.
- Manage customer files, oversee order processing and delivery, and provide after-sales service.
- Participate in exhibitions, scientific conferences, and trade shows; organize marketing campaigns and collect customer data.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, biosciences, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry, or related disciplines.
- Preferably at least three years of experience in biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Willingness to engage actively in sales and manage work pressure.
- Friendly, communicative, open-minded, and responsible individual.
- Strong communication skills with ambition and excellent customer service orientation.
- Fluent in both German and English, oral and written.
- Highly self-motivated and persistent.
