Key Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive geographic sales coverage using an appropriately sized and skilled sales team
- Analyze market conditions to attain market share and boost used equipment sales
- Set measurable sales goals and pipeline expectations while coaching team members to enhance customer experience
- Support customers in selecting ideal equipment to optimize agricultural land productivity
- Join sales staff on farm visits to strengthen client relationships and develop sales capabilities
- Keep abreast of John Deere products, financing, and technology offers to recommend relevant solutions to clients
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years' experience in equipment sales
- Leadership experience managing sales teams (1–3 years) is advantageous
- Motivated to expand business and recognize revenue-generating opportunities
- Competitive nature with goal-setting and achievement focus
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in overcoming challenges
- Background or familiarity with farming/agriculture in Saskatchewan is a plus
