About the Role
We are searching for an inspiring Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of field-based Account Managers within a dynamic and innovative sector concentrating on Engineering and Construction clients. This leadership position offers the chance to shape the trajectory of regional achievements while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing, coaching, and nurturing a team of Account Managers to meet regional targets and KPIs focused on a technical customer base.
- Developing a positive, high-performance work environment promoting growth, teamwork, and ongoing enhancements.
- Building and nurturing lasting customer relationships to secure sustained business success.
- Organizing regional meetings, product introductions, and performance evaluations.
- Supporting organizational change while ensuring alignment with company mission and strategic objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven background in leading and growing field sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen preferably in technical solutions or intricate products.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Skilled at motivating, influencing, and managing transitions successfully.
- Holder of a university degree, with preference for a Master’s qualification.
