KT International is a dynamic and rapidly expanding independent tobacco company based in Bulgaria with a significant presence in over 70 countries across 4 continents. The company is focused on growth in Central and South American markets and is seeking an experienced commercial manager to lead business development in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual volume and profit objectives aligned with corporate targets.
• Develop and implement market entry and existing market annual plans.
• Lead contractual negotiations with distributors and importers.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly demand and volume forecasts.
• Manage operational activities with duty free and domestic market partners on a daily basis.
• Coordinate efforts with sales and marketing departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to guarantee timely completion of planned initiatives.
• Continuously monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of all activities.

Candidate Profile

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Possession of a university degree.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in international trade.
• Sales experience in any countries within the Americas is highly desirable.
• FMCG industry background, particularly with excise goods, is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Spanish languages.
• Strong numerical skills and advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent planning, time management, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
• Valid category B driver’s license.
