About the opportunity
Hudson Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Recruitment Partner to support finance, data, transformation, and change hiring for a major global financial services organisation in Sydney. This position is part of a collaborative advisory team and is focused on delivering a high-quality recruitment service while working closely with business leaders and HR partners to shape workforce plans and improve hiring results.
The role goes beyond transaction-based recruitment. You will act as a trusted talent adviser, offering guidance across the full recruitment lifecycle and helping leaders build strong future talent pipelines. The working model is hybrid, with three days per week spent onsite in Sydney, New South Wales.
What you will do
You will manage end-to-end hiring activity across specialist finance, data, transformation, and change roles. The job calls for someone who can work confidently in a fast-moving environment, own their portfolio, and build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technical teams.
You will use a market-aware and proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and assessing talent, while also improving the experience for both candidates and hiring managers. A strong consultative style, sound recruitment judgement, and the ability to influence at different levels will be important in this position.
Required background
The successful candidate should have direct experience recruiting within finance, transformation, or data functions, ideally across specialist positions such as Data Analysts, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Finance, or Finance Transformation. Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment in a large, complex enterprise environment, especially within financial services or professional services, is essential.
You should be highly organised, comfortable balancing competing deadlines, and skilled in stakeholder management. The role also requires strong sourcing capability, the ability to engage passive candidates, and a genuine focus on creating a positive candidate journey.
