Job Role and Responsibilities

• Manage executive and senior management search projects across multiple US markets.
• Identify and recruit senior leadership candidates such as CEOs, Presidents, VPs, General Managers, Sales Leaders, Estimators, Superintendents, and Project Managers.
• Conduct candidate screening, resume review, and telephonic engagement to present top-tier opportunities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with company leaders and industry executives nationwide.
• Coordinate interview processes, gather and communicate feedback, negotiate offers, and successfully close candidate placements.
• Handle multiple active assignments simultaneously within a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Work with private equity-backed commercial construction platforms hiring across states including Texas, Florida, California, Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Nevada, and New York.

Compensation and Working Hours

The role offers a competitive earnings structure with a monthly average income between £5,000 and £10,000 (base salary plus commission and quarterly bonuses). High performers regularly surpass £15,000 monthly. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, based at the Hamilton office in Scotland.
