Role overview
Hays is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join its Human Resources team in Bristol, with a focus on private-sector interim HR recruitment. This is an opportunity to own a specialist desk, deepen client partnerships, and help expand HR recruitment across Bristol and the surrounding area.
The opportunity
Due to continued market expansion, the business is launching a dedicated HR temporary recruitment desk. The position is designed for someone who wants to specialise in a fast-growing private-sector HR market, work with an established brand, and develop a desk with strong long-term potential.
The role covers a wide range of HR specialisms, including:
- HR business partners
- HR managers
- Employee relations specialists
- Learning and development professionals
- Organisational development specialists
- HR transformation and change professionals
Key responsibilities
You will manage and grow a specialist interim HR recruitment desk, strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients, and deliver recruitment solutions that meet the needs of the market. You will also identify fresh business opportunities, source strong HR talent, and build a reputation as a trusted specialist in this area.

Salary
The role offers a salary of £28,000 to £35,000, plus uncapped commission.
