Role Overview
The Recruiter is a key contributor to Gartner's continued success by partnering closely with business units to identify and attract outstanding talent. This position enables you to actively foster career growth within the organization, taking pride in the progress of the candidates brought in.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and align candidates to specific job profiles and vacancies within designated business units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to thoroughly understand recruitment needs.
- Leverage a variety of recruiting channels and innovative approaches to source talent effectively.
- Utilize candidate databases for tracking and sourcing purposes.
Qualifications and Expectations
- 4 to 7 years of recruiting experience in either corporate or agency environments.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding targets in a metrics-oriented talent acquisition setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- A driven individual focused on achieving impactful results.
