Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to oversee the entire hiring process within a vibrant startup setting. The candidate must be adept at managing recruitment for varied roles across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to their onboarding.
- Advertise job openings on various platforms and efficiently manage the applicant pipeline.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assist in coordinating subsequent interview stages.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp role-specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for current and upcoming hiring demands.
- Update and manage databases and tracking tools related to recruitment.
- Ensure candidates experience a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources is preferable.
- Possess one to three years of recruitment experience; prior exposure to startup hiring is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable about various job portals and sourcing methodologies.
