Position and Locations

We currently seek a Recruiter (m/w/d) to join immediately in one of the following locations: Blankenfelde-Mahlow, Borsdorf, Bremen, Bruchsal, Kerpen, Neumünster or Nürnberg.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling, SEO-optimized job postings and publish them on the company career site and relevant platforms.
• Manage applicant screening and conduct initial video interviews alongside hiring managers.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to final hiring decision, coordinating first and second interviews collaboratively with leadership.
• Support various projects and special recruitment tasks, contributing actively to new initiatives.
• Drive advancements in recruitment processes and contribute ideas to enhance the company’s employer branding.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced recruiter, ideally in dynamic and growth-focused environments.
• Strong communication skills coupled with empathy and keen interpersonal insight.
• Organized and self-reliant, capable of managing multiple open roles concurrently.
