About the Role

This role is offered through a partner organization operating in the United Arab Emirates. It provides an opportunity to join a fully remote, full-time position as a Recruiter and Interviewer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and selecting talented professionals for an expanding international company, conducting numerous video interviews, and structured role-playing assessments to evaluate candidates' competencies relevant to the positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multiple video interviews daily to engage candidates professionally and create a positive recruitment experience.
• Lead structured role-play scenarios and practical tests aimed at assessing candidates' communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and job-specific expertise.
• Gain thorough knowledge of each vacancy to pinpoint the required skills, experiences, traits, and behaviors that contribute to success in the role.
• Evaluate candidate professionalism, willingness to grow, interpersonal skills, and compatibility with the company’s culture and expectations.
• Document precise and detailed notes, evaluations, and feedback about candidates within the recruitment or applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain consistent professionalism and communication standards across all candidate interactions.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role criteria, discuss evaluations, and adjust candidate selection procedures when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency, with excellent writing and speaking skills, capable of confident communication with diverse candidates.
• Prior experience in recruitment, interviewing, talent acquisition, or assessment, preferably in dynamic, remote-working settings.
• Strong and confident presence on camera while conducting frequent video interviews and role-playing sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal judgment to objectively assess candidate character, communication style, and overall appropriateness.
• Highly organized, meticulous, dependable, and proficient at managing numerous interviews and evaluations concurrently.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote context while adhering to punctuality and availability during designated hours.
• Possession of reliable high-speed internet, a quality webcam, and a professional microphone for frequent virtual calls.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing methods, structured assessment tools, ATS, or virtual recruiting platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience in localization and translation industries is considered a plus.
