Overview

Vinoth Builders seeks a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to market and sell residential plots and premium properties at their Chennai location. Candidates should possess prior experience in real estate sales, lead generation, and client engagement to effectively convert prospects into customers and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various methods including calls, referrals, and field visits.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate residential plots and properties.
• Organize and conduct onsite property tours and presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate property prices and payment plans to secure successful sales.
• Keep detailed records of leads, interactions, and sales progress.
• Meet monthly sales goals and support overall business expansion.
• Keep informed about local real estate market trends and competing products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• At least one year of experience in real estate sales.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in residential and luxury property sales, lead conversion, and portfolio management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 depending on experience and skills.
