Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role in Ajman involves supporting clients throughout property transactions, including purchases, sales, and rentals. Key duties include conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms. Daily tasks encompass seeking new client prospects, handling leads, keeping the property listings current, and delivering comprehensive market data to aid client decisions.

Additional responsibilities include preparing required paperwork, liaising with legal and financial stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to local real estate laws. The agent is expected to offer excellent customer service, maintain professional communication standards, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and procedures.
• Strong sales expertise with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service capabilities, including effective communication, client rapport building, and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Understanding of property concepts, valuation methods, and fundamental legal and contractual elements related to real estate.
• Additional advantages include proficiency in English (Arabic beneficial), experience with CRM software, strong negotiation skills, a valid driver's license, and previous work experience in the Ajman or broader UAE real estate sector.
