Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical R&D Chemist to enhance our research and development operations in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be engaged in chemical research, creation of new formulas, and refinement of current processes to contribute to innovation within our products. Working collaboratively, you will employ your analytical skills and methodical problem-solving to advance our development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical synthesis, testing, and analysis utilizing laboratory instruments and techniques to achieve research goals.
- Plan and carry out experiments in line with prescribed protocols, meticulously recording each step and outcome.
- Evaluate collected data, derive conclusions, and compose detailed technical reports for internal dissemination.
- Create and enhance chemical formulations and processes to boost operational efficiency and product excellence.
- Keep meticulous laboratory documentation ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve technical difficulties encountered during research activities.
- Work closely with departments such as quality assurance, production, and regulatory compliance to aid product development.
- Keep abreast of new developments and innovative research techniques pertinent to the chemistry field.
- Guarantee that all laboratory functions comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in preparing scientific documentation, research applications, and regulatory filings when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
