Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial management from initiation through final account settlement.
• Develop and maintain budgets, cost plans, and prepare detailed financial analyses.
• Handle subcontractor procurement and administer commercial contracts.
• Evaluate variations, conduct valuations, and manage contractor claims.
• Track project progress to identify and leverage commercial opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.
• Have between three to five years of commercial experience within construction or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of contracts and commercial procedures.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
• Communicate confidently with an aptitude for creating strong professional relationships.
• Be self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
