About the Role
We are seeking experienced quantitative professionals to participate in training advanced AI models with a focus on quantitative and analytical reasoning. This opportunity is ideal for those with backgrounds in disciplines such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, operations research, or related quantitative sciences, who are eager to apply their expertise to the field of artificial intelligence. Your work will directly influence the reasoning capabilities of next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Assess the technical validity and real-world application of AI-generated quantitative analyses and models.
- Create and solve quantitative problems for AI model training and evaluation, drawing from areas such as forecasting, statistical inference, experimental analysis, and optimization.
- Develop clear technical explanations and structured, documented analytical code to facilitate AI understanding and learning.
- Deliver feedback that refines AI systems' quantitative reasoning skills and performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' professional or research experience in quantitative fields such as data science, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or related areas.
- Proficiency in coding and experience with end-to-end development of analytical solutions.
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques, predictive models, and experimental methodologies (including A/B and hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series analysis).
- Native or bilingual-level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (advanced degrees are advantageous).
- Noteworthy credentials or recognitions (such as ranking in competitions or relevant industry certifications) are a plus.
Additional Information
- Project selection and work schedule are fully flexible; you determine your own workload and timing.
- This role operates on an independent contractor basis.
- Payment for work is processed hourly (starting at $50-100+ per hour, with bonus rates possible) and administered through PayPal in USD, with currency conversion handled by PayPal as needed.
