Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah, with travel across Saudi Arabia required when fieldwork and client support need it. The Quantitative Research Manager will own the full lifecycle of quantitative studies, from research design through delivery, while also creating and managing interactive dashboards that make results easy for clients to track and understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage quantitative research projects from initial planning through execution and final handover.
- Create strong survey designs, sampling plans, and research methodologies aligned to each client’s objectives.
- Oversee data handling and statistical analysis to ensure accurate, reliable outputs.
- Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards that give clients live access to key metrics, tracking data, and study outcomes.
- Turn complex findings into concise reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for both internal teams and external clients.
- Guide and support junior researchers while coordinating with field and operations teams to maintain quality throughout the research process.
- Work closely with qualitative and consultancy teams to combine insights, support proposal creation, and present results in important client discussions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Research, Data Science, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing research or customer insights, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting.
- Strong hands-on experience in survey design, sampling methods, and quantitative research techniques.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and coordinate multiple workstreams and teams.
- Solid analytical ability with advanced statistical interpretation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as SPSS, R, Python, and Advanced Excel.
- Advanced capability in dashboard and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business stories and actionable recommendations.
Additional Information
The role requires flexibility for travel within Saudi Arabia to support fieldwork and client meetings. The position is strictly on-site in Jeddah.
