Quality System Manager

Overview

The Quality System Manager will spearhead the creation and enforcement of the project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) throughout design and construction supervision phases for various project packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and application of the project’s QMS.
• Supervise QA/QC activities during design and construction supervision.
• Manage and administer the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) process and handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Conduct quality audits for contractors and consultants, reviewing their procedures and outputs.
• Provide reports on quality performance and necessary improvement actions to project management and the client.
• Oversee quality management of multiple interfacing packages including roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, and high voltage (HV) works simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for large-scale infrastructure, roads, and utility construction projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• At least 20 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in similar quality management roles.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Middle East region.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).

Location

This position is based on the project site in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering construction supervision services.
