About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee QC activities in an API GMP manufacturing setting. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, fostering continuous quality enhancements, and building a strong, effective laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage QC lab operations in alignment with GMP regulations and internal procedures.
Develop and sustain training initiatives to enhance and motivate QC personnel.
Champion continuous improvements in quality, operational workflows, and service to internal clients.
Maintain compliance with safety and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe laboratory setting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Higher education degree in Science or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in quality or laboratory roles within GMP manufacturing, including supervisory duties.
Strong leadership abilities complemented by effective communication and team-building skills.
Demonstrated capacity to independently make informed decisions and consistently meet targets.
