Role Overview

The Consumer Products Division focuses on assisting brands, retailers, and manufacturers globally to provide safe, quality, and ethically produced goods to their customers. Products range from clothing, footwear, toys, and baby items to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Serving under the Operations Manager, the Quality Control Inspector is a member of the Operations team responsible for ensuring that service delivery meets QIMA's quality standards. The key duties include:

• Checking email daily to receive inspection documentation and guidelines.
• Attending inspections punctually and maintaining professional communication with suppliers.
• Conducting merchandise inspections in accordance with company procedures and overseeing the correct loading of containers.
• Completing inspection reports accurately and submitting them within required timeframes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in quality management, specifically in softlines such as garments, textiles, or footwear.
• Familiarity with AQL standards and pertinent safety and quality regulations.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of professional ethics.
