Quality Assurance Manager

Overview

Our client, a leading tier-1 contractor managing a significant technical construction project, is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to join their onsite team in Frankfurt, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical subcontractor quality activities across large construction projects.
• Evaluate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), work packages, test documentation, and handover materials.
• Schedule and perform inspections, audits, and quality evaluations on site.
• Manage the identification, tracking, and resolution of quality non-conformances.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Electrical Quality Manager, QA/QC Manager, or Senior Electrical QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong background in supervising electrical subcontractor quality on sizable projects.
• Competent in reviewing key documentation related to testing and quality control.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with sectors like Data Centre, Mission Critical facilities, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Energy projects.
• Exposure to quality/document control software such as Autodesk BIM 360.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Experience in modular construction environments and supporting benchmark quality initiatives focused on first-time right delivery.
