QA Analyst - Remote (Australia Only, Entry-Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and quality-focused QA Analyst to ensure our software products provide a smooth and dependable user experience. This role involves diagnosing issues, enhancing product quality, and collaborating effectively with development teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain both manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, log, and track software bugs until resolution.
• Validate new functionalities, improvements, and bug fixes prior to release.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to uphold quality standards.
• Conduct various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and usability.
• Prepare detailed test plans, reports, and quality documentation.
• Observe product behavior and suggest enhancements for quality improvements.
• Participate in the ongoing refinement of QA methodologies and practices.
