Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Purchase and Procurement Executive based in Ludhiana to efficiently handle our organization's purchasing operations. This role focuses on supplier sourcing, price negotiation, punctual delivery management, and maintaining comprehensive records of procurement processes.
Key Duties
- Research and assess potential suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to identify optimal partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible prices and terms.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders to guarantee cost-effective and prompt receipt of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with various departments to assure adequate stock availability.
- Track supplier performance, tackling any issues involving delays, product quality, or pricing inconsistencies.
- Compile procurement reports, analyze purchasing trends, and propose process enhancements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams such as finance and production to synchronize procurement strategies with organizational objectives.
Location and Compensation
Applicants must be located in Ludhiana only. The position offers a salary of up to 20,000 INR in hand monthly.
