Role Overview

The Property Manager will oversee daily operations for a varied portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional maintenance standards and tenant services. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant communication.
• Design and execute strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation.
• Supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring safety and timely completion.
• Conduct frequent property inspections to uphold regulatory and company compliance.
• Address tenant concerns and disputes professionally to sustain relationships and tenant retention.
• Oversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and lease administration to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and monitor service standards.
• Remain current with local laws, regulations, and market trends impacting property operations.
• Train and lead onsite staff and leasing agents to maintain quality service and operational efficacy.
• Support marketing and advertising initiatives to attract and retain tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in property management or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with property management software, leasing protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills centered on customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel between multiple property locations.
