Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive management of up to 15 properties, ensuring all aspects are handled with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare properties timely for guest check-in, ensuring all requirements are met within set deadlines.
- Keep all properties well-maintained and in excellent condition throughout the rental period.
- Monitor and replenish necessary consumables regularly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest escalations professionally and promptly.
- Oversee complete housekeeping operations, including laundry services, to uphold cleanliness standards.
