Role Overview
Join WSP New Zealand as a Property Consultant based in the South Island with offices located in Nelson, Blenheim, Greymouth, Dunedin, or Invercargill. This role involves working on a spectrum of projects across Aotearoa, focusing on property acquisition, disposal, and legalisation to achieve excellent results for clients.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Undertake property-related projects including acquisition, disposal, and legalisation ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with other property professionals within the regional team and act as a trusted consultant for clients.
- Engage with property owners and stakeholders, managing interactions professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in property, legal studies, or a related field.
- Bring preferably at least three years of professional experience within property or legal disciplines.
- Knowledge of legislative frameworks such as the Public Works Act, Local Government Act, and Reserves Act is highly beneficial.
- Strong report writing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently.
- Capacity to problem solve creatively and work independently or as part of a regional property team.
