Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Undertake property-related projects including acquisition, disposal, and legalisation ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with other property professionals within the regional team and act as a trusted consultant for clients.
• Engage with property owners and stakeholders, managing interactions professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in property, legal studies, or a related field.
• Bring preferably at least three years of professional experience within property or legal disciplines.
• Knowledge of legislative frameworks such as the Public Works Act, Local Government Act, and Reserves Act is highly beneficial.
• Strong report writing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently.
• Capacity to problem solve creatively and work independently or as part of a regional property team.
