Role Summary

This position as a Property Consultant is a full-time, on-location role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE. The consultant will assist clients at every stage of the property journey, from presenting fitting properties, conducting site visits, to delivering comprehensive market analyses. Core duties involve advising clients on investment prospects, negotiating contract terms, preparing relevant paperwork, and liaising with both internal departments and external partners. Maintaining current knowledge of market trends, managing a comprehensive property portfolio, and consistently providing excellent customer service are key responsibilities. Meeting sales goals within the framework of company standards and regulatory guidelines is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in consulting and real estate, with the capability to offer well-informed, data-supported property recommendations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to develop trust and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Proven sales proficiency encompassing negotiation, follow-up on leads, and successful deal closure techniques.
• Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and applicable laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English communication, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
• Ability to work on-site effectively, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Prior experience in real estate or property consultancy preferred; educational background or certifications in business, real estate, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel within the Emirate to meet clients and conduct property visits.
