Project Supervisor

Position Overview

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at client manufacturing sites. This role suits candidates with experience in manufacturing leadership who have a passion for problem-solving, team management, and upholding product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct teams of Quality Inspectors at customer locations.
• Verify compliance with quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain effective communication and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare work instructions and coordinate project setups.
• Conduct local travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to supervise projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in supervisory or leadership roles within manufacturing settings.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership capability to motivate and guide teams.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel to client sites as required.
