Role Overview

The Project Quality Manager (PQM) is accountable for crafting and implementing quality strategies and plans to ensure adherence to established codes, standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience including minimum 5 years as Project Quality Manager.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certification is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
  • Experience in welding engineering and familiarity with NDE methods (VT, MT, PT, SFT, RT).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASME and API.
  • Understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.
  • Result-driven with excellent management, organizational, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including electronic document management systems.
