Job Overview

A Project Manager role is available requiring extensive expertise in civil engineering projects, particularly with sectors such as NHAI and Indian Railways. The position involves management of project execution, billing, cost analysis, planning, and surveying, ensuring successful completion and compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Experience and Sector Expertise

• Strong background in civil engineering projects executed under NHAI with over 18 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in project execution and Certificate of Completion (COD) procedures.
• Solid knowledge of Indian Railways projects with over 18 years of experience, including successful project execution and Certificate of Railway Safety (CRS) compliance.
• Experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, bill of quantities (BOQ), cost analysis, project planning, and budgeting specifically for NHAI projects with more than 15 years of practice.
• Worked on Indian Railways projects requiring 12 or more years of professional exposure.
• Extensive civil engineering project experience in NHAI with 10 or more years involved in project execution and management.
• Additional roles in NHAI and Indian Railway sectors demanding 8 to 10 years of experience and thorough surveying knowledge for project compliance.

Qualifications

The role requires a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering.

This is a full-time position based onsite at Nzalae and Nzawa locations, Kitui County, Kenya.
