About the Role
Join the Core Operations team as a Data Analyst focused on effectively driving multiple projects aimed at enhancing the client’s operations and compliance within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. This role also involves optimizing the process for driver onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of compliance-related procedures utilizing tools such as Google Sheets and SQL, with training provided.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Work collaboratively across various departments to identify and eliminate obstacles and ensure project achievements.
- Assist with initiatives that improve driver accessibility, analyze significant changes in performance indicators, and collaborate with the Product team to implement onboarding enhancements.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in problem analysis, data handling using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, and managing project delivery.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic and rapidly evolving work environments.
- Proactive self-starter exhibiting high ownership and a mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
