Project Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-centered Project Coordinator to join our energetic Client Services team. This role involves assisting in the smooth execution of various client projects by coordinating efforts between project managers, operational units, and clients. The ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple priorities, problem-solving, and maintaining exceptional communication to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize project schedules, deliverables, and client communications effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all project goals and milestones are met.
• Handle client questions promptly and accurately, ensuring client requirements are communicated and addressed across teams.
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including telephone scripts, website content, and business rules.
• Evaluate project performance reports and offer insights to uphold quality and improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience interacting directly with clients in a professional environment.
• Fluency in both French and English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, critical thinking, and careful attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfort with technology-based environments, including the use of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot; experience with databases and a bachelor's degree are advantageous.
