Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Lead within our Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in mobilizing critical strategic programs, particularly focusing on expanding our glasses seeding strategy across partners, key events, and select industries. You will work within a fast-paced and complex matrix environment to translate executive priorities into scalable frameworks and clear measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain priorities and operating rhythms to meet partnership and distribution targets.
- Manage the strategic roadmap for seeding initiatives, emphasizing scaling across various regions, sectors, and landmark occasions.
- Create, test, and expand program structures such as playbooks, governance models, and toolkits that facilitate consistent execution and partner engagement at scale.
- Forge and maintain relationships with internal leaders and multidisciplinary teams including Product, Hardware, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Policy to ensure strategy alignment and efficient execution.
- Equip cross-functional teams with training on glasses onboarding to guarantee smooth partner experiences.
- Develop frameworks for external collaborations to handle logistics and tracking involving creators, athletes, public figures, and institutional partners.
- Prepare concise, executive-level documents like briefs, memos, and talking points to expedite decision-making and foster leadership consensus.
- Adapt dynamically between strategic planning and hands-on implementation as priorities shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in strategic programming, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or senior program management roles.
- Strong background in developing and scaling programs into repeatable and measurable operations.
- Proven capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous and highly matrixed settings.
- Expertise in distilling complex subjects into clear, executive-level narratives suitable for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated continuous growth in AI expertise, including prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration, along with staying updated on emerging AI innovations.
- Experience enhancing operational rhythms and scaling execution across multiple regions or markets.
- Commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices such as risk evaluation, bias reduction, and quality assurance.
- Capability to integrate AI tools to improve or redesign workflows, yielding measurable benefits such as efficiency and quality gains.
- History of successfully managing hardware or product seeding initiatives involving external partnerships.
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline processes and boost program effectiveness.
