Program Manager

Role Overview

This position is for a part-time Program Manager located in Dubai, combining on-site duties with remote work flexibility. The role demands planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear program goals and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues effectively to keep projects on course.
• Prepare and communicate status reports to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and lead project meetings.
• Clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Enhance processes, assist in resource distribution decisions, and seek ways to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in program and project management including planning and scheduling multiple initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with clear communication and trust-building skills across teams and clients.
• Proficient in risk assessment, issue resolution, and problem-solving to maintain program scope.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to prepare and deliver concise reports to leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time prioritization capabilities suitable for a part-time hybrid structure.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools for documentation and remote communication.
• Prior experience in program or project management, ideally within service or operations domains.
• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related discipline; professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Ability to work within Dubai with flexible scheduling including remote work and occasional extended hours as needed.
