Job Overview

This position involves managing production operations during a designated shift with a focus on meeting production goals while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all production activities scheduled for the assigned shift to ensure smooth workflow.
Strive to meet or exceed shift-specific production targets.
Monitor and optimize manpower deployment and machinery usage.
Maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance departments.
Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports and production documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges that arise during the shift.
Ensure production processes meet predefined quality criteria.
Oversee safety protocols and housekeeping tasks in the production area.
Provide guidance and support to operators and technicians to enhance performance.

Additional Information

Industry preference: Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical sector.
Work Location: Sikandarabad Industrial Area, near Dadri, Gautam Budh Nagar (Uttar Pradesh).
