What the role involves

• Turning daily customer orders into workable production schedules and sharing clear, timely information for activity areas such as mincing, forming, frying, packing, and dispatch.
• Keeping output balanced across all parts of the production process so daily requirements are met efficiently.
• Working closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to make sure plans are understood, adopted, and carried out, while inviting feedback on issues or improvement opportunities.
• Helping manage WIP inventory, including using stock where needed to maintain control and reduce waste.
• Using SAP, Arolink, and other systems to track orders and production plans.
