Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production and Quality Manager to oversee and coordinate production activities while ensuring adherence to quality standards. This role involves planning, supervising, and optimizing production processes to achieve delivery targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor daily production schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet production output goals while upholding stringent quality benchmarks.
- Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and seamless material flow.
- Track production metrics including efficiency rates, product rejections, and rework occurrences to identify improvement areas.

Compensation
