Role Summary
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing and continuously enhancing the operational model that supports our Product and Technology teams. Your responsibility will be to enable product teams to efficiently discover, prioritize, deliver, measure, and refine product initiatives by providing structured processes, tools, insights, and operational assistance. This role acts as the crucial link between Product Management, UX, Engineering, and customer-facing teams, ensuring coherence and transparency throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and enhance the operating model for Product & Technology that supports efficient workflows.
- Establish clear governance, decision-making frameworks, and product lifecycle guidelines.
- Develop scalable standards, rituals, templates, and methodologies for product teams.
- Enhance coordination among Product, UX, Engineering, and business units.
- Lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and automate processes across product operations.
- Assist in processes relating to product discovery, planning, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and lifecycle management.
- Define and track metrics related to product performance, adoption, and outcomes.
- Build and optimize reporting dashboards and tools that support informed decision-making.
- Maintain reliable, consistent, and actionable product data.
- Create feedback loops incorporating Customer Success, Consultancy, Sales, Support, and Product Marketing for product decisions.
- Keep up-to-date documentation, playbooks, onboarding materials, standards, and knowledge bases.
- Support recurring operational routines such as OKRs, product reviews, planning sessions, and leadership reports.
- Identify and implement opportunities to scale and future-proof the Product & Technology operating model.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or a comparable product-focused function.
- Comprehensive understanding of product management methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with process-oriented thinking.
- Capability to simplify complex processes into clear, scalable operational approaches.
- Experience working with product metrics, dashboards, reports, and data-driven decision tools.
- Excellent communication and skills in stakeholder management.
- A proactive, pragmatic attitude with high ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a fast-growing, evolving organization.
- Skilled at enhancing tools, procedures, documentation, and operational frameworks.
