About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate a market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements for the self-managed products.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with customer needs, business goals, technological advancements, and market trends.
• Collect, evaluate, and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, internal teams, and communities to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to set priorities, create significant initiatives, and deliver valuable product features.
• Enhance customer experience by simplifying deployment complexities and facilitating consistent adoption across varied enterprise scenarios.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer demands to inform sales, solution teams, and related customer-facing departments.
• Support development of enterprise-grade deployment models, including Kubernetes, container platforms, on-premises setups, and secure or air-gapped systems.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with complex technology products, especially enterprise platforms.
• Direct experience managing platform products in SaaS, self-managed, or on-premises contexts.
• Strong grasp of enterprise software development cycles, deployment methods, and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience engaging customers in complicated sectors like banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to transform customer feedback and market data into clear, actionable product strategies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams globally.
• Commitment to understanding and utilizing the product you oversee.
• Additional experience with developer-oriented, infrastructure, or enterprise platform products is an advantage.
