Overview

IDSentric is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of their identity verification product. This role involves collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity verification services.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product roadmap for identity verification solutions.
Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to define and prioritize new features.
Carry out market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
Collect and assess user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
Establish success metrics and track product performance accordingly.
Develop thorough product specifications and user stories.
Work with marketing on go-to-market plans.

Current Initiatives

Expanding the identity verification platform into new international markets.
Developing tailored verification flows for fintech, healthcare, and gaming sectors.
Improving developer experience via enhanced SDKs and API documentation.
Creating seamless omnichannel verification across web and mobile platforms.
Building analytics dashboards for customers to monitor verification statistics.
Implementing adaptive verification processes based on user risk scores.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work regularly with engineering teams to define technical scope and development priorities.
Partner with design teams to craft user-friendly verification interfaces.
Collaborate with data science teams to analyze user behavior and optimize conversions.
Engage with sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements and challenges.
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence in various jurisdictions.
Align product strategies with executive leadership vision.
Work with external partners and integration stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management.
Experience in identity verification, cybersecurity, or fintech sectors.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with API-based products or developer tools.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as KYC, AML, GDPR.
Background in B2B SaaS product management.
Technical skills or prior software development experience.
