Role overview

What you'll do

  • Set the product direction, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience initiatives that support company goals.
  • Work with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Customer Management, Marketing, and other business partners to deliver meaningful product improvements.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs using research, feedback, analytics, and market trends, then turn those insights into product opportunities.
  • Define KPIs, success measures, and OKRs to track product impact and improve customer and business outcomes over time.
  • Prepare detailed product requirements and user stories that keep technical and business teams aligned.
  • Drive cross-functional work from discovery through launch, including risk management, tradeoff decisions, and delivery execution.
  • Present roadmap updates, product strategy, and key decisions to stakeholders and executive leaders.

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working across functions with engineers, designers, operations specialists, and similar partners in a product management or adjacent role.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading structured prioritization processes.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience using customer insights, product data, and metrics to guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
