Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and customer-oriented Product Manager to direct the planning, development, and overall management of pioneering products. This role involves shaping product vision, analyzing customer feedback and market trends, prioritizing feature developments, and collaborating with multiple departments to launch products that provide value to customers and align with business goals.

Key Duties

• Establish and communicate the product vision, strategic plan, and long-term roadmap focused on business outcomes.
• Collect and evaluate customer insights, market research data, and competitor information to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Convert business goals and customer requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and clear feature descriptions.
• Manage product backlogs and oversee feature development through each stage of the product life cycle.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product excellence.
• Lead sessions for product planning, sprint reviews, roadmap updates, and cross-department coordination.
• Track product success metrics, leveraging KPIs, feedback, and analytics tools to guide improvements.
• Discover ways to advance user experience, improve product features, and optimize operations.
• Coordinate product launch efforts including go-to-market planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform business case evaluations, cost-benefit assessments, and ongoing product performance reviews.
• Participate in testing, validation, and scheduling for product releases to maintain quality standards.
• Keep product documentation, release notes, and related resource materials up to date.
• Stay informed on industry advancements, new technologies, and competitive products to foster innovation.
• Manage product-related risks, dependencies, and change requests ensuring on-time delivery.
• Promote a customer-focused approach through continual learning, testing, and product enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or similar areas.
• Comprehensive understanding of product management concepts, lifecycle processes, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with market research, customer journey analysis, business analysis, and strategic product planning.
• Proficiency in product management software like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of user-centered design practices, UX fundamentals, and development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities equipped with effective problem-solving skills.
• Competence in interpreting data, market trends, and user feedback to make strategic product decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Well-developed organizational and project management skills, managing several tasks simultaneously.
