About the Role

Our partner company is seeking a Product Designer specialized in chatbots, based in the United Arab Emirates. You will join a collaborative product team dedicated to creating an advanced Web SaaS CRM platform catering to diverse businesses and operational needs. This position suits a product-oriented designer comfortable navigating discovery phases, resolving complex challenges, and turning unclear situations into scalable user experience solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and execution spanning multiple industries and user roles.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete product design lifecycle, from initial discovery and defining problems to ideation, validation, prototyping, and delivery.
Create user experiences that are scalable and appropriate for a complex Web SaaS CRM platform, including interfaces like dashboards, admin panels, workflow and configuration tools, role-based permissions, and multi-step user flows.
Convert complicated business requirements into clear, reusable product design patterns that serve a range of organizations and industries.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, analyze workflows, and perform usability tests to gather insights and confirm design decisions.
Formulate hypotheses, develop interactive prototypes, examine analytics data, and refine designs based on both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA testers, and stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Enhance and maintain the design system by crafting scalable components and ensuring UI consistency within the product ecosystem.
Provide comprehensive design documentation and developmental support, while exploring AI-driven design tools and contemporary prototyping techniques to improve workflows.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, preferably in SaaS, B2B, CRM, enterprise software, or workflow-centric products.
Demonstrated expertise in leading product discovery processes, clarifying ambiguous problems, hypothesis generation, and defining product direction prior to interface design.
Strong systems thinking with experience designing for complex user roles, permissions, workflows, and scalable business models.
Proficiency in designing sophisticated user interfaces including dashboards, data tables, configuration screens, and operational tools.
Solid knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, analytics, and data-driven design decisions.
Advanced skills with Figma, interactive prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
Good grasp of frontend development concepts, responsive design, implementation constraints, and collaborative work with engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to justify designs, discuss trade-offs, and thrive in Agile environments.
Professional fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Experience with AI-assisted design workflows, CRM platforms, enterprise tools, low-code environments, or API-driven systems is a plus.
