Process Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Process Specialist to join our team in Pune, offering an immediate start opportunity with a night shift schedule. This role supports sales operations through management of quotes, orders, amendments, and pricing documents while focusing on process efficiency and customer service excellence. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in BPO and a good grasp of Order to Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle support requests for sales-related documents such as quotes, orders, amendments, pricing sheets, and vendor quotes efficiently.
• Provide expert knowledge to resolve complex issues encountered in service requests.
• Develop training materials and detailed work instructions to streamline operations.
• Identify opportunities for continual process enhancements and communicate them effectively.
• Utilize existing knowledge bases to deliver customer-facing root cause analyses.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a BPO setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience handling Order to Cash cycle activities including agreements, contracts, and quote management.
• In-depth understanding of Level 2 Support processes related to agreements, amendments, pricing, licensing, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Customer and client-facing experience is advantageous.

• Compensation package ranges from 200000 to 550000 INR per annum.
