Pricing Controller - Ancillary Fare Filing (ATPCO)

Job Overview

As a Pricing Controller specializing in Ancillary Fare Filing using ATPCO at Etihad, you will play a crucial role in monitoring competitor revenue strategies, ensuring implementation of rules and ancillary pricing, and leading cross-functional projects to optimize revenue and market position. This position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires hands-on management of ancillary pricing processes and coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze competitors' revenue management and distribution strategies to spot opportunities and suggest prompt improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely deployment of fare rules and ancillary offerings across multiple distribution channels.
• Identify and resolve distribution channel conflicts through thorough validations and checks.
• Lead and contribute to multiple projects involving strategic pricing and ancillary considerations across departments.
• Offer technical guidance for Revenue Management and Ancillary department's projects.
• Coordinate tasks between Revenue Management teams to meet agreed service level agreements.
• Support ancillary pricing tests and verification across various tools and platforms.
• Maintain and benchmark revenue management system information to guarantee database accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years specifically in ancillary filing using ATPCO.
• Strong knowledge of fare and ancillary coding is essential.
• Familiarity with other related systems is considered a plus.
