Preschool Teacher

Role Overview

Cultivay Center is looking for a caring and energetic Preschool Teacher to work with young learners in a classroom setting in Jeddah. The role is centered on building a supportive, engaging space where children can discover, learn, and develop confidence and independence through early childhood education.

What You’ll Do

• Design and lead inquiry-driven learning activities for children between 2 and 6 years old.
• Encourage creativity, independence, and active participation through practical activities, storytelling, movement, and guided exploration.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor each child’s developmental progress, interests, and learning needs, and adjust support accordingly.
• Work closely with the team to deliver meaningful and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English is required.
• Previous experience with young children, ideally in preschool or early childhood environments, is preferred.
• A genuine interest in child development and play-based learning is essential.
• The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively.
