Role Summary
The full-time, on-site Power BI Developer based in Amman will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights. Key duties involve developing optimized data models, connecting to diverse data sources, and establishing ETL workflows for timely and accurate data availability. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to elicit requirements, translate these into analytical solutions, validate data, oversee report performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance the reporting environment to facilitate data-driven decision making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and designing efficient data structures for business intelligence solutions.
- Experience in creating dashboards and dynamic reports using Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Understanding of data warehousing principles including schema design and integration of multiple data sources.
- Hands-on experience with ETL methods and tools for data preparation and migration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; familiarity with cloud data platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Effective communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder collaboration.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and dedication to producing dependable and quality reporting solutions.
