Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager position located in Hebron, Ohio, within the Greater Columbus Area. The person in this role will be responsible for directing day-to-day operations across multiple shifts while maintaining safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing activity that meets company and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

  • Manage daily plant operations across multiple shifts to support smooth production flow.
  • Build and maintain production schedules and coordinate manufacturing work across teams.

  • Drive ongoing improvements in safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Lead, coach, and develop plant personnel to strengthen team performance.
