About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Picker to become part of our warehouse operations team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position involves accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders to ensure prompt and correct shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and upholding high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick products following customer orders and picking lists.
• Verify product quantities, item codes, and specifications prior to packing.
• Securely pack orders to protect items during storage and transit.
• Label, sort, and ready orders for dispatch per company guidelines.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and systematically organizing incoming stock.
• Conduct stock replenishment tasks to support smooth warehouse functioning.
• Perform routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Operate handheld scanners, barcode readers, and warehouse management systems accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Undertake additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to read picking lists, labels, and product codes with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving products as needed.
• Efficient performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems are desirable.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management abilities.
• A positive mindset, dependability, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or shifts if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
